Dear Brothers and Sisters in Jesus Christ,
Santhome Snehatheeram Old age home, for which the foundation stone was blessed by
Rt.Rev.Mar James Pazhayattil on 30th September 2007, is the fulfillment of our dream.
Concrete columns of the Administrative block, dormitory wing, single rooms wing are gone up.
Roofing of this section will be completed by June end. The other three wings ( Chapel, double rooms,
kitchen) foundation work is progressing as per schedule.
We are receiving donations from generous hearted philanthropists. We wish to do blessing of this
unit by November end. Confident that the work can be completed. But funds?
Did you do your part in this project? We need sponsors who are willing to donate money or to
undertake square feet coupon sales program. Will you be able to spare a lakh for this noble venture
and become a sponsor?
1. Church - 35 members each one lakh
2. Four dormitories - 28 members each one lakh
3. Library - 8 members each one lakh
4. Two visitors rooms - 7 members each one lakh
5. Medical Room - 7 members each one lakh
6. Kitchen wing-store, Kitchen, two dining rooms, pantry , washing - 25 members
each one lakh
7. Dress & Laundry - 6members each one lakh
8. Physio-therapy room - 7 members each one lakh
There are 7146 square feet common area ( corridor) besides this. Sponsors name will be written
in front of the sponsored rooms. You may complete payment in convenient installments before
December 31, 2009. Kindly explore the ways and means to help this project with your generous contributions.
Donations are exempted from income tax under section 80G. Please do not forget to make use of
this special provision (exemption).
